So you’re an IJA Member. You have heard about the member’s only content on eJuggle, and you’re drooling at the prospect of watching the IJA exclusive “HEPTAD” by Wes Peden. But you haven’t yet figured out how to get yourself logged into eJuggle so you can see any of this. Let’s see if we can help.
So the first complicating factor is that if you are an IJA member, you probably have a lot of logins; up to 4 different ones. That is unfortunate, and something we’re working to fix, but for now that is how it is. So let’s focus on one of them: the one that gets you logged into eJuggle so you can read member’s only content.
When you visit eJuggle, and aren’t logged in, you’ll see the LOG IN box on the right side:
Some pages might not have the right-side login, so click “Log In” from the top menu.
Your login for eJuggle is the e-mail address the IJA knows for you. For example, it would be the e-mail address where you get the eNewsletter we send out monthly. If you don’t know what that e-mail address is, and cannot figure it out, then you’ll likely need to e-mail us to make further progress. If you knew your e-mail address and password you probably wouldn’t be here. So let’s assume you can figure out your e-mail address, but don’t know your password. Rather than trying to figure it out, we’re going to give up on that password and get you a new one. Click on the “Lost your password?” link. When you do that, you’ll get to a page that looks like this:
Enter the e-mail address the IJA uses for you, and click on the “Get New Password” button. Shortly afterwards, if you check that e-mail address, you should get an e-mail that looks more or less like this:
If you don’t see such an e-mail, make sure you are checking the e-mail address that you entered, and make sure it didn’t end up in your spam folder. Once you find the e-mail, click on that “To reset your password” link. That brings you to a page that looks like this:
You are in the home stretch. Pick your new password, following the rules listed on that page. Make sure you enter it correctly and identically in both the “New password” and “Confirm new password” boxes, click Reset Password, and you should now have a shiny new password. And using that e-mail address and your new password, you should be viewing members only content (and Wes Peden) in no time.
If you are certainly your membership is up to date, and you continue to have problems, please e-mail us. We really do want you to get your member benefits.
